PP woven and non woven lamination machinery are made by compounding plastic film, woven cloth,non woven fabric into double layer, three layer or multi-layer new materials, which are used for packaging bags.

MAIN PARTS

Unwinding Unit	Double shafts turret type with automatic positioning splicer. Composed of AC vector motors, the operating tension is controlled by pneumatically and low friction dancing roller
Secondary Unwinding Unit	Optional
Rewinding Unit	(1) Double shafts turret type with automatic positioning splicer. Composed of AC vector motors, the operating tension is controlled by pneumatically and low friction dancing roller
	(2) Automatic Taper tensions can be easily adjusted on the touch panel according to the different material specifications for curve, slope, or straight three setting modes
	(3) Two additional touch rollers for both rewinding shafts are pneumatically pressure control ensure the smoothness of the rewinding material without any sliding
Corona Treater	Optional. one or two
In-feeding Unit	(1) Two rolls press type with pneumatically adjustable pressure control
In-feeding Unit	(2) Tension controlled by low friction dancing roller between in-feed and first printing unit
Extrusion Unit	This machine uses high quality T-Die. The line speed, extrusion RPM and thickness can be controlled and monitored through the touch panel to reach proper lamination
Trimming Device	The auto edge trimming device with shear cutter and web width is adjustable
Extrusion Laminating Unit	(1) The Cooling roll employs a mirror surface that can remove bubbles during laminating, featuring in quick stripping and laminating flatly
Extrusion Laminating Unit	(2) The Silica gluing roll and laminating cooling roll employ screw cooling unit, featuring in fast cooling and that the cast film is easy to be formed
